Exchanges must be received within 7 days of date of delivery. Items should not be worn, altered, or washed. All original packaging must be included and the item must be accompanied by the receipt. We do not offer refunds.

Upon receipt of goods, WILLY CHAVARRIA has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company’s return policy requirements.
In the event of an exchange or store credit for an item purchased through our online store, please send the package back pre-paid via traceable carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping on exchanges.
For online exchanges, we will not be able to process the exchange until the original item is safely returned.
We have little patience for "pain-in-the-ass" customers. We are fair and balanced people, but if we feel taken advantage of, we will kindly request that you suck it and take your business elsewhere. I mean come on. It's just clothes.
